Pay range: $60,000 annual plus per file bonus

About the Job
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. You will be working very closely with your loan officer (LO) to support their individual workflow. This means that a strong working relationship with your LO will be essential, but your day-to-day duties may vary.
Roles and Responsibilities
Here are some of the things you may be doing day-to-day in this role:
Help manage sales pipeline by building files in the CRM, collecting necessary documents for loan conditions, managing the file flow, and communicating status to customers
Ensure current guidelines are met, managed and adhered to while exercising discretion and prudent decision making on behalf of company, clients and LO
Assist in resolving client issues in the loan process
Understand our underwriting guidelines and manage transactions accordingly, including reviewing files for potential issues.
Work directly with customers to build loan packages for underwriting, including obtaining documents and reviewing loan criteria and structure.
Help maintain documentation of LO’s deals in the CRM throughout the life of the loan
Support loan servicing, which may include contacting clients for past due payments, extensions, and other service-level communications
Organize and manage LO’s contacts in the CRM
Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. The employee in this position must be able to read, write, speak and understand English with exceptional fluency.
Skills and Attributes
Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage or real estate
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work out complex problems
Experience using an advanced CRM as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting priorities
Able to work additional hours when needed and attend weekly meetings during business hours.
