Information We Collect

Business information includes information from users, prospective borrowers and guarantors including, but not limited to bank account information, mailing address, business name(s), financials, and other information disclosed in a loan application.  Personal information also consists of personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to, your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, social security number, and estimated FICO score. Personal and/or business information is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you, your household, or your business (referred to as “User Information”). User Information does not include: (1) publicly available information, such as information that is lawfully made available from federal, state, or local records, and (2) de-identified or aggregate consumer information.

We collect User Information from you when you (i) register on the Services, (ii) fill out forms or fields on the Services, (iii) complete an application for a product or service available through the Services or (iv) communicate with us by email, mail, text, telephone, facsimile or other electronic means. Rain City does not sell your User Information or General Information.
