Our office is energetic, fun, and committed to leading the industry by putting the relationship before the transaction.

You have a couple of years of experience in a loan processing role and at least a basic knowledge/understanding of accounting, financing, lending, and systems administration. About the Job
This role is all about processing business-purpose mortgage loans for investors, which will involve working collaboratively with clients, real estate brokers, third-party service providers, internal business partners, and other Rain City staffers. Communication: Title Review, Escrow funding, external correspondence, etc. You’ll need to regularly communicate updates to clients and escrow clearly and effectively as well as to internal business partners. This will involve a strong understanding of our products and company standards.
Documentation: You’ll complete loan files in preparation for underwriting approval, work closely with loan officers, clients, underwriting and escrow to obtain all necessary items to properly document and close/fund loans.
Quality Assurance: You’ll perform QC reviews for files before they’re submitted to underwriting to ensure data is accurate and complete in the system and on any loan documents.
Collaboration: You’ll be working with internal departments like Sales, Accounting, and Servicing to ensure timely and accurate transfer of information. In fact, you’ll participate in a daily pipeline meeting each morning, so we really can’t stress enough how important it is for you to be a great communicator and team player.
