  • 30 Year Rental/DSCR - No limits on the properties you can own and no personal income verification required. Rates from 7.00%

  • New construction - Get competitive construction loans for SFH, MFH, 1-4 units, on land you already own with as little as 20% down. Rates from 12%

  • Auction - The foreclosure auction is ramping back up in some states. Contact us to learn more. Not currently available in Tennessee.
